I Established Balloons by Charles in 1991. 

As a self-taught entrepreneur from just doing Weddings, Birthdays, Baby Showers, and Receptions. To work providing professional Balloon Decor for nonprofit organizations like All Children's Telethon, Breast Cancer Center of America Society, Moffitt Cancer Center, and Angels Against Abuse.

 

To events like the Fred Astaire dance competition and the Class of 68. Balloons by Charles is commissioned yearly for these prestigious events. 

Now I have decided to expand my small business to making special deliveries such as Balloon Bouquets for birthdays, baby showers, get wells, or just because”. As well as my special fragrance baskets with a distinction & Not to forget my handmade candy "ice cream" floats in an old fashion soda glass and straw.

 

My team and I look forward continue our tradition of spreading happiness and joy.
